First Course: Starters to Open the Heart

Three options designed to refresh, comfort, and welcome the Christmas spirit.

  • Winter Garden An elegant and fresh salad, prepared with apple, celery, walnuts, and cranberries, drizzled with a spiced yogurt dressing. A soft and harmonious start that evokes the colors and aromas of the season.

  • Chepil Tamalito A small Oaxacan treasure: chepil herb tamalito (small tamale) filled with requesón (Mexican ricotta) and served in a delicate roasted tomato salsa. A warm appetizer that embraces tradition with a festive touch.

Main Course: Tradition, Taste, and Celebration

Choose between two options that represent the holiday spirit with creativity and flavor:

  • Filet with Cacao Crust A juicy beef filet covered with an Oaxacan cacao and chile pasilla crust, served over an elegant cacao sauce. A deep, warm, and perfect dish for a special night.

  • Lasagna in Almond Béchamel A distinct and comforting proposal: pumpkin, spinach, and goat cheese lasagna, bathed in a silky almond béchamel. Ideal for those seeking a light, aromatic, and flavorful option.

Two desserts designed to conclude the evening with joy:

  • Guava Sigh (Suspiro de Guayaba) A tejocote (Mexican hawthorn) and guava cheesecake on a crunchy oatmeal cookie base. Soft, aromatic, and absolutely Christmas-themed.
